We purchased our oven and hood from Houzz, and could not be more pleased. We purchased the ZLine 7 burner, dual oven unit while we were remodeling our kitchen. Its the bomb! We have had an issue (minor) with the stove top, but ZLine could not have been more helpful in trying to resolve this. Although we are still waiting for one piece, our unit is 100% operational, which was their main concern. Its one thing to buy a product, its quite another if you have an issue and need Customer Service. Most companies lose business based on poor customer service. Let me assure you, ZLine has amazing Customer Service. Quite simply, they got it right! They actually were completely willing to replace our whole unit! We chose to simply wait for the part to be available, but the fact that they were willing, says volumes! We finally gave up on our Viking range we have had for 14 years. Never buy a Viking. It was a horrible range with numerous problems. We have had our Zline for only about 2 weeks, and we love it. I am using the oven for the first time this morning. You need to go on line to learn how to adjust the burners, but it is a very easy process. This range is so much more than that Viking. I highly recommend Zline to someone who is looking for a top of the line professional range.Read More
